A mindset is everything that you think and believe and it shapes your reality about how you perceive yourself, your environment and the world around you and in turn how you behave in it.

How to reduce and eliminate stress and anxiety dreams

For a long time I struggled with anxiety dreams.

I tried baths, relaxation techniques, mediation, etc, but this wasn’t enough to switch my mind off.

So I decided to make some bigger changes.

Through making these changes I tackled some of the root problems and in time my anxiety dreams stopped. I started having better quality sleep and I became more energised and felt more in control.

Change is scary but the more we do it, the easier it becomes and the more confidence we create in ourselves and our abilities.
